LEAD ABATEMENT
A to Z Asbestos Removal, Inc. is certified in lead safe work practices and has fulfilled the requirements of the Toxic Substances control Act (TSCA) Section 402. We conduct lead based paint activities and lead based paint renovation, repair and painting activities. Basic renovation, repair, and painting activities that disturb lead-based paint can create hazardous lead dust which can be to harmful people. As a result, the EPA instituted a Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP) to alleviate the risk of lead contamination.
